Yuri Danilov, PhD, is the current Senior Scientist at the Pavlov Institute of Physiology, RAS, in Saint Petersburg, Russia. He was formerly a Senior Scientist and Neuroscience Director of the Tactile Communication and Neuromodulation Laboratory (TCNL), Biomedical Engineering Department, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Wisconsin, USA. Dr. Danilov earned an MA in Biophysics from St. Petersburg University in Russia in 1978 and a Ph.D. in neuroscience from the Pavlov Institute of Physiology in 1984. He is a system neuroscientist with expertise in sensory studies, including vision, taste, hearing, and balance. Dr. Danilov is the primary discoverer and creator of Translingual Neurostimulation technology.

Marie Trad is an Executive Medical Director at Quintiles, where she presently serves as the Medical and Scientific Drug Development lead in Neurosciences within the CNS Therapeutic Delivery Unit. Trad graduated from the Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, France, as a board-certified Neurologist and trained Neuroradiologist. She has over 25 years of CNS experience, including 11 years as a clinical Neurologist/Neuroradiologist and 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry, where she specialised in clinical trial management, providing medical, clinical, and global strategic support for Neurology and Psychiatry trials.

Drug Development lead in Neurosciences

In 2011, Professor WK Tang was assigned to the Department of Psychiatry at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His primary scientific interests are addictions and neuropsychiatry in stroke. Professor Tang has over 100 papers published in prestigious publications and has contributed to the peer review of 40 periodicals. He has received over 20 major competitive research grants, including Health and Medical Research Fund, reference number: 02130726. National Natural Science Foundation of China, reference number: 81371460. General Research Fund, reference number: 474513. General Research Fund, reference number: 473712. He has been on five scientific journal editorial boards. In 2007, he was also the recipient of the Chinese University's Young Researcher Prize.

Stefan Braun, born June 10, 1958, in Vienna, Austria, is a distinguished researcher at the Sigmund Freud University. With a focus on Neuroimmunology and Neuroinflammation, he has devoted over four decades to unraveling the complex interplay between the nervous and immune systems. Braun earned his Biology Bachelor's and Neurobiology Master's degrees at the University of Vienna. He then pursued his Ph.D. at Sigmund Freud University under Dr. Eva Müller's mentorship, studying microglia's role in neural inflammation and neurodegenerative diseases. After impactful postdoctoral roles worldwide, Braun returned to Sigmund Freud University in 1995. His work has uncovered novel insights into signaling pathways governing neuroinflammation, offering potential therapeutic breakthroughs for conditions like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. Beyond research, Braun is a respected educator, known for inspiring students through dynamic lectures and seminars. His enduring dedication led to his appointment as Chair of Neuroimmunology in 2010. At 65, Stefan Braun's contributions continue to shape Neuroimmunology, leaving an indelible mark on both academia and potential treatments for neurological disorders.
